Coordinate with students and support them throughout their course journey.
Responsibilities
Manage student communications via email, WhatsApp, and other tools
Track student progress and help them with onboarding
Schedule classes, follow up on attendance
Provide feedback to trainers about student issues
Requirements
At least 1 year of admin/support/coordinator experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace
Friendly and professional attitude
